Delete your account

In short: open Brokie Casino, go to Settings and tap Delete account. It is final: your Bucks, diamonds, VIP and items are gone, and we cannot restore the account.

In the app

In the Brokie Casino app for iPhone or Android, in Discord or in Telegram: open Settings (the gear, or You › Settings), tap Delete account, read what is deleted, type DELETE and confirm. Finish any round or table with Bucks in play first.

In Telegram

Send /deleteaccount to the Brokie Casino bot in a private chat and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email privacy@brokiecasino.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the Discord, Telegram, Apple or Google account or email address you play with. We may ask you to confirm the request from that account, and we delete the account within one month.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted at once: your name, avatar, friends, messages, chat lines, clan membership, notification settings and push tokens, the link to your Discord, Telegram, Apple and Google accounts, and your email address and password. Your Bucks, diamonds, VIP, lootboxes and items end with the account.
Kept, without your name or any linked account: purchase records for up to 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires, and the account’s game and money history, to keep the game’s accounts correct and detect fraud.
Backups are gone within 7 days.

A VIP subscription billed by Discord, Apple or Google keeps charging until you cancel it there: in Discord under User Settings › Subscriptions, on an iPhone under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. A Telegram VIP subscription is stopped for you.
